These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Southside Tech Services website located at www.southsidetechservices.com and any SMS communications sent by Southside Tech Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or opting into SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website use

By using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will use this site only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the site without notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of Southside Tech Services, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

2. SMS communications

This section describes how we send text messages and what you can expect when you opt in.

Consent to receive SMS. By submitting our contact form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Southside Tech Services, LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Types of messages. We send transactional and customer care messages, including:

  • IT support ticket updates and status notifications

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations

  • Service alerts and follow-up communications

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on open tickets or scheduled appointments.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out. You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

 

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (434) 362-2023 or help@southsidetechservices.com.

Re-subscribing. If you have previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, reply START to our number or contact us directly.

Supported carriers. SMS service is available on major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary; we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your carrier.

No sharing of your number. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Privacy

Your use of this website and any personal information you provide — including your phone number — is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Southside Tech Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any content provided herein.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Halifax County, Virginia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
